The production process of making this soap is tedious and takes a large amount of time. First, all the natural ingredients are mixed and poured into a mold. After the soap mixture solidify, it is shredded and then finally the shreds are poured into another soap mixture to come up with the final piece.
As you see there are three layers in this soap. Each layer would need to harden before the next one is overlaid on top of it. The timing control must be very accurate.
After the soap hardens, it is cut into pieces, shaved to the perfect shape, stamped and set to cure for no less than 30 days. Each step of the process requires the utmost care and patience.
