Shipping and Returns

Delivery:
  • Free Shipping Canada-wide* for online orders with a product subtotal of $59 or more, before taxes, shipping fees. Free Shipping the US-wide* for online orders with a product subtotal of $79 or more, before taxes, shipping fees.  
  • Although we make every effort to ensure these quotes are accurate, we reserve the right to refuse orders with major discrepancies between shipping quote and our actual shipping cost.

Lead Time:
  • Products in stock will be ready for delivery in 3 business days.
  • Pre-ordered products will take 15-20 business days to be ready.
  • For a rush order, an additional 25% charge on the total price will apply.
Returns:
  • No returns are accepted, except for product defects.
  • If there is any shipping damage within 12 hours of delivery, please contact customer service for a replacement or refund. You must provide proof of the damage with pictures. In case of replacement, we will collect the damaged merchandise at our cost.
